Before you dig, you are required by law to call Pennsylvania One-Call at 811 a minimum of three or four days before you plan to dig. They will help you to locate gas, electric and other underground utility lines. I usually assess the situation of the proposed project when we visit your property. Sometimes it's not necessary to call 811 due to certain locations on your property due to the depth of excavation or the landscape project at hand.

To ensure a smooth payment process for our services, we require a deposit of 50% of the total project cost once the contract is signed by both parties.
